Fast delivery, the device powers on. I seem to be having the same problem with this as with earlier 3.0 hubs - Seagate Backup Hub connects and disconnects to pc through this hub again and again. This may be a problem with the disk rather than this hub.

unit works but am a bit upset its made very cheap the cable connectors don't even fit into unit snuggly and the power cord adapter is way too long for unit very clumsy cheap would consider another manufacture or something however unit does work and don't seem to have operational problems

i did not recieve with plug. afters contact they sayd i ordered withoud. but as soon as i open the picture i see a plug with it. (power cord). and it was my own choice they say. the context the picture is in is misleading. deseded to go for return item and money back.

The product is not USB3 as advertised. Its an USB2 hub with USB3 connectors. I opened the module and inside you find a USB2 hub based on MW7220 chipset. Only port1 is connected directly to USB3.0 signaling. If you look for USB3 hubs this is not the product you want.
